Customer Testimonial 1
I was recently contacted by Commercial Investigation, Inc.’s public relations rep. due
to the fact that we have been doing business with each other for some time and have had quite a few of our accounts collected on, they asked if we would write a blurb about the company and our experience. I tried to brush them off saying, “I was too busy.” However they urged me to check online see what was being wrote and how they were trying to stop this nonsense. I am not very “internet-savvy” and pretty much only go online to pay a couple bills, and check my email. I had no idea what was being said about the company, I was absolutely astonished by all the comments that frankly seemed hysterical.
To be completely honest I had a good experience with the company but I probably would have never used them if I had read all those negative things online. I guess it just goes to show, never take anyone else’s word for “it.” Collections is never fun for anyone, however C.I.I. made me feel comfortable as the collector. That may sound kind of strange but for anyone who has ever owned their own business it is never fun collecting from a previous client. I try to treat all of my clients with the utmost respect and it’s hard when things go bad/wrong.
I have dealt with many collectors in the past 40 years, whether it is being the debtor or being the creditor, and I’ve never liked to be either. However I have received a certain level of respect with Commercial Investigations, Inc. and so have my debtors. The first few times I used C.I.I. I contacted some of my previous clients and asked them how they were treated. As I said, things go bad sometimes, but if you can see past some bad experiences it can make bonds with previous clients stronger. Every one of my previous debtors have said the staff from C.I.I. is the same as any other collection service they have dealt with.
So here is my two cents, I am sorry that some of you may have had bad experiences in the past with C.I.I. but I have had nothing but good experiences in the past, present and I’m pretty sure in the future.
